Touch Systems Integrations
Microsoft Active Directory Integration
Active Directory (AD) integration enhances single sign-on for TrueTouch client logins, allowing seamless user access through AD authentication. Authorized users automatically gain access, with new accounts and permissions synced. Any changes to user status in AD, such as account lockouts or terminations, are mirrored in TrueTouch, ensuring consistency across both systems.
Symmetry Integration
Morse Watchmans’ KeyWatcher Touch now integrates with AMAG’s Symmetry Security Management Software, eliminating the need for separate programming of users already in Symmetry. Features include:
- Synchronizing cardholder and badge data between Symmetry and KeyWatcher
- Assigning users to KeyWatcher sites based on Symmetry access codes
- Configuring TrueTouch alarms and transactions to sync with Symmetry
- Anti-egress feature for controlling access when assets are held
Gallagher Access Control Integration
The KeyWatcher TrueTouch Server integrates with Gallagher Access Control, automating the transfer of user and credential data. Features include:

C•Cure 9000 Integration
KeyWatcher Touch integrates with C•CURE 9000 Software, optimizing asset and personnel management. Features include:
- Preventing users from leaving areas while holding assets
- Adding and modifying personnel data in KeyWatcher
- Syncing credential data and assigning users based on C•CURE 9000 clearances
- Linking site profiles with C•CURE 9000 access levels

Blue Glue Biometric Personal Identification System Integration
This integration allows seamless data sharing between KeyWatcher and the Blue Glue CVVS system. Key features include:
