Microsoft Active Directory Integration
Active Directory (AD) integration enhances single sign-on for TrueTouch client logins, allowing seamless user access through AD authentication. Authorized users automatically gain access, with new accounts and permissions synced. Any changes to user status in AD, such as account lockouts or terminations, are mirrored in TrueTouch, ensuring consistency across both systems.
Symmetry Integration
Morse Watchmans’ KeyWatcher Touch now integrates with AMAG’s Symmetry Security Management Software, eliminating the need for separate programming of users already in Symmetry. Features include:
