How does the configurator tool work?
The configurator lets you easily design your ideal KeyWatcher system. Select your system and cabinet type, then drag and drop the modules you need. Once done, you can print, email, or submit your configuration for follow-up.

Which KeyWatcher system is right for my facility—Illuminated or Touch?
Both the KeyWatcher Illuminated and KeyWatcher Touch provide excellent security, tracking, and reporting. The Touch model offers enhanced features, including access control integration and a touchscreen interface, making it more user-friendly.

What types of access control readers can I use?
You can choose from proximity, bar code, and magstripe readers, plus a fingerprint reader option for the KeyWatcher Touch.

How do I determine how many modules or cabinets I need?
If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out for guidance. You can also include any questions or comments when submitting your configuration for assistance.

Can I add or change modules later?
Yes! Both KeyWatcher systems are modular and scalable, so you can easily add more cabinets or change module types to fit your evolving needs.

What is a module?
In this context, a module is the part of the KeyWatcher that actually holds the smart keys. They can hold 6/8/16 keys each, there are also options to have card slots or lockers instead.

Note: The system accommodates single-locker modules (7″ x 6″ x 2.5″) and dual-locker modules (3″ x 6″ x 2.5″).
